   Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Previous PM experience in a Banner environment
5 years of related Project Management experience

Excellent attitude, oral and written communication skills
Experience with managing or leading a major project implementation within
the student information systems area is required

Prefer experience in the following areas:
1. Project management expertise and experience.
2. Participation in multiple implementations involving aspects of Student
Information Systems.
3. Familiarity with Student information and hands on prior experience with
Ellucian Banner from a support, business analyst, developer or project
management perspective.

Description:
Perform the lead role in planning, management and execution of medium to
large scale projects involving Banner Student and Academic Support Systems.
Participate in major change initiatives to ensure successful on time
completion.
Coordinate and facilitate activities involving IT, the registrar and
student financials offices towards the implementation of the project.
Keep track of all the initiatives undertaken as a part of the project
ensuring that timelines are adhered to.
Work with functional and technical teams to ensure optimum choices are made
with regard to technical direction and implementation.
Leverage experiences from prior student information system implementations
to help with planning and strategy.
Prepare for and lead the administrative and funding related meetings.
Oversee the execution and implementation of detailed project plans in
concert with stakeholders.
Manage several routine projects simultaneously and ensures that the design,
testing, training, documentation and prioritization objectives are met.
Assist in refining and re‐sequencing during the implementation and
execution phases of assigned projects, as needed.
Work closely with business analysts, technical professionals, end users and
project stakeholders during the requirements, solutions design and
implementation phases to develop detailed project plans for implementation.
Work on risk assessment, communication planning, development of performance
metrics, and project entry criteria.
Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation to ensure successful project completion.
Manage client expectations and provide issue/risk identification and
escalation pathways.
