Role: PeopleSoft Analyst/Support
Duration: 8 months
Location: NYC, NY

Critical Key requirements


• Minimum of 7 years of experie
• nce in PeopleSoft and Support Analyst role
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with 
individuals 
at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Detailed understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 module in FSCM or HCM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the BSC Finance area with PeopleSoft Functional /Support Analysis work 
in:

1)      Analysis and related initiatives.



• Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements 
and system configuration for the development and configuration of changes 
required 
for PUMs being implemented, that support MTA business requirements
• Design, build, and test scenarios that sufficiently meet current and future 
business requirements identified
• Prepare functional reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing 
information 
and trends.
• Develop and maintain technical and standard documentation for functional 
areas.
• Development should be completed in a timely and high quality manner.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating functional procedures.
• Document As-Is and To-Be process flows for existing and future systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings such as requirements, and various status 
reports. 

2)      Adhere to a Standard Project Development Life Cycle approach



• Develop and support critical project documentation throughout the project 
life cycle, from Initiation and Requirements stages through Design, 
Development, 
Test, Implementation and Closeout.
• This includes but is not limited to As-Is and To-Be process flows, 
Requirements 
Documentation, Design Documentation, Build Documentation, Unit Test result 
etc.
• Support system integration testing, UAT, and implementation cutover testing

Documents detailing:



• Functional Requirements review
• Technical Design
• Technical Builds
• Unit Test results
• Status Report

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft and Support Analyst role
• Detailed understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 module in FSCM or HCM,
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with 
individuals 
at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced 
environment; a self-starter
