This position is key in understanding, documenting and maintaining Guardian's data environment for the Customer Experience Program. This position entails the following activities: - Develop, document and maintain logical and physical data models for a multi-phase development project. Analyze enterprise and application logical and physical data models and associated business rules; - Develop data migration strategies for retiring legacy systems into modern information systems; - Analyze and design data sizing and scaling approaches, distribution alternatives and trade-offs; - Coordinate across organizations as required to support data integration efforts; - Support and apply data standardization policies; - Support related modeling and simulation activities; and - Other related activities, as assigned. *Major Opportunities and Decisions:* (Describe the more difficult and/or complex challenges or opportunities and decisions faced in doing work, improving processes or meeting customer needs.
