Daily Responsibilities: Systems Analyst will work with other SAs, Application Developers, Data analysts, Solution Quality Analysts, Project/Product Managers, and project stakeholders. The projects may include the implementation of new capabilities and processes or enhancements to existing capabilities and processes. *Necessary Skills (Must Have):* . Strong communication and customer engagement skills . Understand and document the stakeholder's business processes/requirements to identify the business value associated with the project . Understand the system functionality to design improved business processes and transactions, make data quality improvements, and perform any required configuration changes to the system . Analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical or process specifications and serve as liaison between the stakeholder and project team .
