Title : Senior Business Domain Specialist/ Business Analyst Location : Warren,NJ Duration : 12 months Job Description: Understand the Customer’s LCB (Local Commercial Bank) business roadmap globally. Work Provide business solution alternatives and drive it towards implementation. Evaluate different solution alternatives Align business solutions to overall business roadmap. Lead the business team Gather and analyze business requirements for LCB by interacting with different stakeholders. Creating BRD and get involved in FRD Guiding Technology team of proposed business solution for the user requirements. Preparing test strategy and testing of code base once delivered from development team. Support business users with questions relating to end product. Work with Technology teams to deliver the PoC with quality and meeting the requirements. Derive the granular requirement from the high level business problem statement. Provide guidance to the team on business domain Qualifications Strong knowledge in corporate finance, and financial Risk Management specifically on credit risk. Any degree/ industry recognized certification is a plus. Formal credit training, knowledge of banking products and financial modeling experience is required. The candidate should have prior credit-related commercial banking experience. Required Interpersonal Skills: Customer facing position – very strong communication and domain skill is a MUST. High paced environment. Candidate must be able to work under pressure and deliver amidst tight deadlines. Must be detailed oriented, hands-on, quick learner and have excellent quantitative skills.
