Rate: Market Location: Brooklyn NY, LOCAL TO EAST COAST ONLY Our client seeks a Senior Programmer/Analyst who will be responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications. Duties will include new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Requirements: · Full project lifecycle development including analysis and design · 4+ years of experience in Cobol, DB2, CICS, JCL and VSAM · Ability to write stored procedures · Knowledge of IBM and other Editors: ICCF, LIBRARIAN, EPIC, SCHEDULER · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Ability to write and maintain proper program documentation · Ability to reverse engineer existing programs · Ability to create and execute test cases · MS Office Skills · Experience in financial sector/ Cost Basis, a plus · High energy a must! * Candidates must be energetic. * Experience with stored procedures is a big plus If interested please forward your resume with visa rate and contact details ASAP.
