Experience of 5-6 years with at least 3-4 years in TIBCO 2. Good understanding of BPM and SOA 3. Well-conversant in TIBCO products –iProcess 10.5, BusinessWorks 5.6, iProcess Browser Workspace, General Interface, EMS. 4. Good verbal and written communication skills. 5. Experience in .Net 3.5 framework will be preferred. 6. Experience in Health Insurance sector will be an added advantage. *Responsibilities will include, and not restricted to:* 1. Resolve customer queries and be the first level of support for the client. 2. Deploy code in Onsite environment. 3. Coordinate with the Offshore team for clarifications. 4. Provide support during Onsite testing and customer UAT. 5.
