Job Title: EAI Architect Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 6+ Months *Application Architect, EAI (Tibco)* - Provide Architectural leadership in the support of application to application integration through the identification and specification of optimal middleware patterns, practices, and technologies. - Produce and present architectural and development guidelines and best practices. - Accountable for the creation of architectural solution design documentation. - Ensure projects are designed within approved enterprise architectural standards and are implemented within the approved design. - Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology - Coordinate communication to management and teams regarding project design, strategy, and goals. - Create and utilize patterns and frameworks as part of an overall software architecture blueprint - Partners with other architects and disciplines to maximize the leverage of EAI, SOA and middleware technologies and frameworks available in the enterprise. *Basic Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 5-10 years of experience in the application to application integration domain. - A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing) - Demonstrably excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are absolutely required. - Strategic business process analysis skills and Architectural modeling in UML is necessary - Financial industry experience with Mortgage industry emphasis preferred. - Strong planning, organizational, and project/team leadership skills are required. - Participate and lead business and technical meetings - Provide timely status updates to project leadership *Preferred Skills/Experience* - Well versed in Enterprise Architecture and Custom development as well as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) utilizing .NET architecture - Extensive experience utilizing vended Middleware technologies (TIBCO Business Works, Enterprise Message Service, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters and Hawk, Axis, JAX-WS, MS Biz-talk, etc.) - Knowledgeable on WS-* standards such as WS-Addressing, WS-Security, WS-I Basic Profile, WS-I Basic Security Profile etc. - Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (e.g., XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.) - Experience must include architectural design & development leadership of an enterprise level SOA or middleware team or leadership of a development project with extensive SOA or Middleware dependencies. - Working knowledge of BPMN and its use in the design and definition of image-enabled workflows within legacy business processes. - Working experience in a BPEL product. - Experience using BAM for real time monitoring - Network and application capacity planning to satisfy the non-functional requirements typical of middleware performance and availability demands. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Please includes the following information when submitting candidates.
