Job Title: *Production Support Expert for BI project* Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 12 Months Experience: 9+ Yrs. Job Description: - Someone that can establish an enhanced *production support processes and service levels * - Provide leadership and technical expertise to the production support team - Well experienced in Incident/problem management and incident communications. - Capable of ensuring that production support tickets and resolutions are managed in a timely and successful manner - Establish, refine, and manage internal processes and metrics to support successful implementations, change requests deployments, and ongoing production support. - Serve as an escalation point for the resolution of client issues. - Provide timely tickets metrics, production support reports, and other key performance statistics to management as required - A proven background in client interfacing and production support management - Very good experience in managing multiple teams while resolving production support issues - Strong communication skills are required.
