Need Senior Java Developer Location: Albany, NY Duration: 6 months requires In-person interview if the candidate clears Keane technical interview Skills: • Extensive knowledge of SQL. • Strong understanding of Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Data Modeling. • In-depth knowledge of networking and network protocols, design patterns, hardware scaling and distributed systems. • Hardware and software tuning experience. • Experience designing software systems for hosted environments. • Understanding of issues related to business logic in stored procedures vs. middle tier. • Experience with web page templating frameworks in J2EE. • Ability to accurately document and model the "As Is" and "To Be" architecture. • Ability to design, architect, and guide the implementation of high-end, scalable, robust web based applications and solutions using combinations of the following: • Java, J2EE, UML, JSF, Struts, Spring, Top Link, Hibernate, JSP, SQL, JavaScript, JavaBeans, HTML, SOAP, WebServices, XML, XSLT, LDAP, ActiveDirectory, OID, SSO, Servlets, JDeveloper • Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) practices and concepts. • In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with technology platforms for building enterprise-level distributed systems (Windows/Unix, J2EE application servers, message oriented middleware and modern n-tier server configurations). • Ability to evaluate, recommend and/or implement tools, technologies, designs and processes to ensure a high quality and extensible product platform.
