Need QA Lead Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 3 ++ Months ( probably 12 + Months) ***MUST have an executive presence*** ****Must be Local, Face-to-face interviews only**** Skills: - 8-10 years QA Testing experience - Prior lead experience is a MUST - Experience writing test plans/scripts/cases from requirements and design documents. - Strong background in manual and regression testing - Strong automated testing experience required utilizing Mercury Quality Center - Must have broad experience (Expert Level) with QTP - Quick Test Pro; (Prior experience building QA scripts in an Adobe Flex or AJAX environment is a significant plus!) - Proven SQL Experience required and exposure to Database and backend testing. - Web testing experience. - Full SDLC experience required (requirements, design, development, test, implementation, and process integration). - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
