Masters Degree in Health Administration or equivalent work experience required. *MINIMUM YEARS OF ADDITIONAL RELATED EXPERIENCE:* * * - Minimum three years experience with tools for ETL (e.g., SSIS, DTS) are required. - Minimum three years professional experience with SQL Server (2000, 2005, 2008) is required. - 10 years experience in the administration of health delivery systems. - 10 plus years of senior level management experience.7 years of experience within an executive level position. - 5 years of experience dealing with public assistance programs in the public sector. *SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, ABILITIES, LICENSE):* · Professional experience in a health care setting desirable. · Ability to work in a multidisciplinary company. · Strong interpersonal skills, mature judgment, and diplomacy required to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups. · Ability to balance frequently changing priorities and tasks. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. · Strong verbal and writing skills required. · Strong understanding of data warehouse fundamentals. · Working knowledge of computer programming languages including some of the following: Visual Basic, UNIX scripting, SQL, MS-Access. · Working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP fundamentals. · Strong customer service background. · Experience in use of various computer system software: Windows XP/2000, Visio, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. · Working Knowledge of EDI HIPAA X12 Transactions. · Experience in use of Automation Tools preferable. · Experience in using managed care concepts within public sector health delivery systems. · Proven ability to maintain an effective professional liaison with a Board of Directors.Extensive experience with public assistance programs and public agencies. · Experience in use of various computer system software as well as Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
