Immediate Need for Business Analyst with Service management Application (VSM/Remedy/Infra/CA Clarity) experience for a contract in Bay Area, CA
Sr. Business Analyst, VSM/Service Management/Help Desk Location: Palo Alto, CA Rate $Market Duration: 6 months+ The new system, VMware Service Management (VSM) replaces a custom application which interfaces with many critical Enterprise systems. The analyst will act as the liaison between IT and other Global Stakeholder groups to understand business needs, document business requirements and create design specifications, coordinate with development teams in the new system tools, build work flows, configure the VSM system, and help with the very critical role of coordination of testing, QA and product deployment. Most successful in this position will be someone who can see the bigger picture, question assumptions and existing ways of doing things, someone who can provide process and technical guidance to our stakeholders, someone who takes personal ownership for project success and who is a self starter with strong focus and time management skills.
