IN PERSON INTERVIEW MUST* Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer Duration: 1-3yrs Location: Walnut Creek, CA This is a network engineering position in Walnut Creek, CA, supporting a very large IPv4 & IPv6 Networks in the West area. Core Requirements: 1. Solid understanding of Networking specific technologies: 2-3yrs experience with the following: ATM, IPV6, L2VPN, L3VPN, OSPFv3, MPBGP, QOS/Traffic Engineering, MPLS (LDP & TDP), and VRFs. 2. Operating Systems: Cisco IOS, XR-IOS. Juniper Junos 3. Expertise in Cisco switch and router platforms (6500, 10K, 12K, CRS-1, etc) 4. 4. Expertise in Juniper switch and router platforms (M40, EX-8216, etc) -- 1-2+ yrs of working knowledge with Cisco & Juniper switch and router platforms 5. Experience with network design, configuration and troubleshooting 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting project schedules. 7. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills both oral and written. 8. Working experience with technical writing and documentation (MOPs, network diagrams, Xng, etc.). 9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision 10. Mobile/Networking experience, specifically with WAN wireless Preferred Knowledge of IMS, SIP, IP, CDMA, LTE, EVDO, mobile devices Certifications: Highly desirable: CCNA or JNCPIA.
