Need Senior Project Manager Location: Ashburn, VA Duration:6 Months Skills: • Runs complex programs with multiple projects from initiation to post implementation • Coordinate and communicate with anyone and everyone involved or interested including executive management. • Create and deliver presentations as to how the program/project is developing. • Defines Program and Project Plans, including specific project implementations and understands the technical and business value of each effort. • Plans and schedule program/project deliverables, goals, milestones and achieve milestones accordingly. • Manage the budget and costing of the program & projects, delivering programs under or at budget. • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services. • Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment • Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within/across the teams. • Communicate across organizations within the company and tailors communication appropriately • Proactively confer with people involved and ensure that each finish the task assigned on time • Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
