Ø Work with the project teams to develop Unit test. Ø Participate in team meeting and solution research. *CRITICAL CORE COMPETENCIES:* Ø *Expert Knowledge* – J2EE (1.5 and 1.6), JAX-WS, Hibernet, MVC2 , Bean , JSP,Maven2 , ant, Design Pattern , XSLT Ø Thinking Clearly & Analytically – Must be able to analyze complex systems and issues and implement solutions to meet design. Takes initiative to solving problems and defines and executes multi-phase solutions.
