The Senior Siebel Configurator is responsible for successful project delivery of Siebel technology & process engagements. They will provide hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manage client relationships. The Senior Siebel Developer and Configurator should experience with 8.1.1 version of Siebel. This is a hands-on delivery role. Requirements: - At least 8 years experience in a consulting or software development role including some Lead experience. - Hands-on experiences in implementing Siebel. - Background in a technical development environment and solid working knowledge of relational databases (ie, Oracle, SQL Server), operating systems (ie, NT, UNIX), and hardware platforms. - Experience with software development and quality assurance processes, methodologies and tools. - Excellent customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills, as well as a positive attitude. Responsibilities: - Manage the Siebel implementation process by coordinating business personnel and technical personnel to assure successful implementations of Siebel applications. - Develop implementation plans; issue lists, status reports and other written documents in accordance with the recommended methodology. - Develop presentations to convey commitments to the quality and success of its implementation projects. - Generate proposals and implementation plans. - Responsible for leveraging and enhancing methodology. - Current Siebel configuration set-up & settings monitoring. - Manage new requirements in the existing Configuration. - Manage the configuration change formats, best practices if any. - Configure the new policies changes in the marketing leads/campaign area. - Customize the existing configuration if needed. - Siebel Configuration management. - Managing the job flow, new processes, departments, and roles mapping. - Develop the user requirement, test and deploy the changes in the production.
