FRANKLIN LAKES, New Jersey 5 Months Responsibilities : - Develop and implement solutions to mitigate issues and risks. - Understand Medicare Part D regulations and ensure that reconciliation processes are in compliance with the regulation and product or client requirements - Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions - Develop SOPs, business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to establish monthly reconciliation processes for The Client's Medicare Member Enrollment System. - Compare enrollment data in the Client system to that of our clients’ and to CMS data to identify and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner. - Ensure members receive coverage and minimize or eliminate financial exposure to The Client and clients. - Develop metrics and control plans and charts to monitor enrollment reconciliation efforts. Monitor plans and distribute periodic reports to division management and functional partners. - Write queries and programs to match and analyze data. - Analyze identified discrepancies, understand discrepancy root cause, and recommend system enhancements to prevent discrepancy in the future. - Monitor CMS requirements pertaining to the reconciliation efforts; - Define business requirements for process and system changes. - Complete all steps required to resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Required : - 5 Years Experience Strong SQL experience - 5+ Years Experience with Requiremnt writing, - 5+ Years Experience with Data Structure and working with data - Demonstrated reconciliation experience within healthcare or finance environment - Structured thinker, excellent process and business requirements required. - Strong communication and organization skills - 1+ year of Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage enrollment experience required - Proficient in use of database tools to analyze, track and report on large quantities of data. - Strong SQL experience is a must. Desired : - SAS and/or VBA is a nice to have. - PBM experience a plus 2) Architect - MDM Somerset, New Jersey 4 Months Responsibilities : - Design and build of data hub. - Design and build of extract functionality to downstream systems. - Responsible for the successful implementation of all defined deliverables. - Initial requirements gathering and presentation of the requirements to the stakeholders. - Provide expert solution, architectural guidance and created initial drafts of deliverables. Required Skills : - Minimum 10 years of IT experience. - Minimum 4 years in designing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. - Expertise for the tuning of the Match Rules on the full dataset of multi million customers. - Should have designed & developed multiple cleansing and standardisation scenarios using mappings & industry standard products such as Address Doctor, Trillium, Data flux. - Extensive Experience in Entity-Framework, LINQ To Entity, LINQ To Object. - Strong knowledge of ADO.NET. - SQL Server 2005 & 2008. - Have got strong SQL Server 2005/2008 experience which should include database design from MDM perspective and also strong in SSIS to work in building any ETL packages. - Have good experience with .NET technologies as well since we need to integrate with MDM solution.
