Strong operational knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Active Directory and VMware* in an enterprise environment. - Demonstrated record in leading and instilling service disciplines and team work. Ability to lead the technical team independently. - Sound experience in a support organization that is responsible for large scale network and data center operations, and related production support functions. - Knowledge of emerging IT technology solutions, industry trends, and progressive operations methodology. - Preferred ability and discipline to work and succeed in a fast pace and organizationally complex environment, to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology, and to lead and manage team and projects. - Responsible for the operational support of server infrastructure, including operating system installations, patching, upgrades to both hardware and operating system. - The incumbent will lead and participate in a rotating weekly on-call to provide technical support to production systems. - Expert in *Windows server hardware, VMware, Citrix and Active Directory * - Maintain internal staff documents for build procedures to provide uniform, compliant servers for production implementation.
