Job Description *Role: Project Manager* Location: Sun Prairie, WI Duration: 24 months Must Haves: -9 years experience -Claims experience -Large Project Implementation Experience because they will be working side by side with an E&Y project manager who is integrating this project for QBE. -Strong Communication Skills and dealing with all types of users/ Executives -PM Methodology Skills experience in Agile and Waterfall experience ideal § Ability to write own sprint sessions and determine which methodology to use for which aspect of the project. -Strong Business/Tech Requirements Gathering and Interpretation skills -Conflict Resolution skills Nice to Haves: -Business Process Engineering Experience (BA Skills) -P&C Claims Experience – Large Policy Admin Systems or other enterprise system implementation experience would work as well. Additional requirements: -Must have P&C Claims experience with an understanding of claims business processes -Must have integration project management experience.
