*Responsibilities -*
As a Business Systems Analyst, he/she will be responsible for the
development and/or modification of functional requirement specifications.
Communicates with users and the application development teams to coordinate
and develop detailed functional specifications and flow charts for program
creation and enhancements. Plans and executes project systems involving
operation, simulation, test or support requirements with real-time
applications. Develops documentation associated with computer software and
analyzes software data acquired during systems testing. Establishes
appropriate systems methods through project planning, systems analysis,
program development, and implementation, to achieve effective business
solutions to meet the Companies objectives.
*Qualifications -*
· Must possess in-depth knowledge of systems tools and modern office
practices and procedures.
· Knowledge of computer software systems including word processing,
spreadsheets and databases.
· Ability to provide professional and interpersonal communication
when interacting with others.
· Must be able to multi-task.
· Bachelors degree in a Computer Science or relevant field.
· Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis work experience
· Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
· Experience in full-lifecycle project management methodologies and
tools including iterative development models.
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
