- Provide development, maintenance and production support for Siebel
Financial Services 8.1
- Provide production support for Siebel Sales Enterprise 4.0
- Provide support to resolve process / operational/Technical issues
- Work directly with peripheral teams as required
- Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis
- Work with Oracle Siebel support as and when required

- Able to plan/track tasks/activities
- Report progress/challenges to Application owner
- Interact with users for issue resolution as well as new requirements
