*Position : Tibco Architect Location : **Minneapolis, MN** Duration : 3-6+ Months * *Job Description:* * Key Responsibilities and Experience Required: * Should have strong working experience in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO Administrator Technical design reviews and CUT activities. Participate in client project meetings as necessary regarding technical activities Present technical documents and solutions to client architects Code reviews to ensure code quality standards; Mentor Java/J2EE developers. Tracking completion of planned deliverables; Project status reporting and reviews with client. Owns the overall delivery of the requirements assigned. Experience in SOA based integration product stacks is highly desired. Provide high level technical impact for project change requests and recommend the solutions. Provide the direction and coordinate the solution for the technical issues. Knowledge on Web services is a must Should have good experience on Java /J2EE technologies *Desired Skills: * Experience in HP Systinet Interpersonal *Skills: * Good team player and possesses good customer handling skills Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
