*Job Title:* Technical Analyst - Lead (Informatica)
*Location: *Minneapolis MN USA
*Rate payable: $45-47/hr*
*Relevant Experience (Yrs) * 5+ years
*Technical/Functional Skills * Technical Analyst - Lead (Informatica)
· 5+ years experience working with ETL tools, (e.g. Informatica);
· Hands on experience with multi-tier architecture and design;
understanding for best practice data integration design and development
patterns; and RDBMS logical and physical modeling;
· Understanding of technical infrastructure topology (Windows,
UNIX/Linux), scripting, and a solid understanding of the linkages between
software & infrastructure architecture required to develop and support data
integration systems and tools that are operationally robust, highly
available, resilient and flexible;
· Ability to effectively influence business and technology partner
decisions based upon your systems and industry experience; and
· Possess the ability to work effectively as part of a
geographically dispersed team made up of employee, contract employee and
vendor resources.

*Roles & Responsibilities* Below are the responsibilities
· Managing the day-to-day working relationships with various finance
and technology teams and interpreting data integration needs into
best-in-breed systems architecture and implementation plans;
· Managing the technical development of ETL solutions and ensuring
solutions meet enterprise design and performance standards;
· Participating in the development of system requirements and
development of technical estimates;
· Guiding project teams in detailed design, development and
debugging efforts to ensure high quality deliverables and the realization of
the designed architecture and requirements;
· Identifying, researching, and driving resolution of issues or gaps
that present risk to the current or future health of the ETL systems and
capabilities; and
· Delivering system enhancements that meet expected budget, schedule
and scope expectations.
