Candidates should exhibit strategic thinking, an aggressive drive, and an aptitude for engineering quality software. Leadership, management, and mentoring experience also highly valued. *Qualifications:* . Bachelors or Masters Degree in CS, Engineering or Related Field *.Very strong C#, .Net, with a minimum of 5 years development experience* *. Very strong with C++ and C, with a minimum 5 years development experience* . Strong UI development experience . Requirements Gathering skills/experience . Experience with Project Management .
