In addition, he/she will have to design and generate reports, investigate data and systems to validate what they have heard. Some data clean up may have to be performed to create reports. The as-is business process will become clear by describing and reconciling what they have heard and what they see. Salesforce.com * has generated reports, and has performed administration duties. * experience with SFDC as an end user but has no experience ‘under the hood’. * 2. OBIEE or database reporting using SQL * experience with OBI, has development experience and technical expertise. * has working knowledge of OBI, can generate reports as an end user but has not development experience. * . 3. Business process optimization * Six Sigma Belt (any color). * candidate has worked on hands on process improvement projects and is very familiar with Six Sigma tools. * 4.
