Position: Process Engineer (Enterprise Architect) Location: Austin, TX Duration: 9 months + Client: DOT, State of TX Description: TxDOT is seeking this Worker to collect, review, analyze current As-Is processes and develop updated processes following the ITIL Framework. Processes will include, but may not be limited to, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management. The Worker will also prepare a gap analysis with recommendations for processes not covered in an ITSM application. The Worker will be responsible for documenting recommendations/ processes along with providing knowledge transfer for TxDOT personnel II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 3 Experience serving on at least 2 large scale ITSM projects to collect, review, analyze and develop processes using the ITIL Framework. 3 Experience with process development. 3 Experience performing gap analysis. 3 Experience working with executive, business and technical-level persons to gather information on current and needed processes. Develops documentation to ensure that knowledge transfer occurs before the end of project. 3 Experience with formal development processes and methodologies. 3 Experience in analyzing and developing processes for the development of process flows using Microsoft Visio. 2 Experience with the development of process flows using Microsoft Visio. 2 Experience monitoring, evaluating and updating process designs.
