This position is for a VB.Net Lead Developer/Architect. Candidates need to have applied experience as a System Architect. This position requires knowledge of and experience with systems analysis and multi-layered object orientated design techniques; estimates for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation tasks; and methods used to develop, install and maintain large complex web and mainframe data information systems and also requires knowledge to create detailed project/system plans and application development standards. Requires architectural analysis and design experience associated with large, complex, and automated systems that integrate multiple applications using messaging, web service technologies and a service-orientated architecture. Requires experience defining, creating and/or choosing an application framework capable of supporting and monitoring large scale applications while facilitating future enhancements. Requires architectural analysis and design experience with Microsoft web applications, architecture, development software, tools and environment such as IIS, ASP.Net, MVC, VB.Net, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Web Services\WCF, Store Procedures, HTML, CSS, JavaScript\JQuery, XML\XSLT and DB2 Connect interfacing with COBOL and CICS programs utilizing DB2 and Oracle databases. Hardware/software Environment: Mainframe environment-Windows 2003-2008 application\web servers, IIS, ASP.Net, MVC, Team Foundation Server, Web Services\WCF, DB2, Oracle and SQL Server Databases, DB2 Connect, Business Objects XI R2, Crystal Reports XI R2, Thunderhead, Lombardi, IBM FileNet, XML\XSLT, Active Directory, Java application\web servers.
