Conduct analysis of current state workflows . Identify business requirements and develop future state workflow and functional design . Work closely with Regulatory Controllers to develop detailed reporting specifications . Development and execution of test plans . Work with technology to develop solutions in meeting business requirements . Coordinate and facilitate user activities (i.e. UAT, design reviews) . Maintain and track work against overall project plan Experience . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees . Experience with Financial and/or Regulatory Reporting policies and processes . Experience with Regulatory and/or Financial Reporting applications . Experience in Financial Services industry . Understanding of Financial Services products .
