This position is typically good hands on basis expertise with Tivoli
experience. Upgrade experience is definitely a plus.
Provide System Management and day to day support for a complex SAP
landscape.
• Monitor SAP environments and implement fixes or changes to ensure
system stability.
• Responsible for understanding and maintaining the entire batch
process across multiple SAP environments using Unix and Tivoli Batch
Scheduler (TWS).Create batch jobs, monitor, and resolve batch job problems.
• Conflict resolution and transport processing
• Change management process enforcement
• Some knowledge of abap for finding job conflict and little bit of
debugging
