Please let me know if you have any consultant for below position. *Job Title:* *Test Engineer - Application Testing* *Location:* Boston, MA *Experience Level*: 3-5 Years *Job description:* *Required Skill:* Test Automation, Web Testing, Testing Concepts *Essential Skill:* Testing Concepts Skill1 - Test Automation - Should be able to differentiate the various test automation frameworks in the market and their applicability to the AUT. - Should understand the service offerings from Automation practice and leverage on the same, if required. - Should have awareness on the various testing tools related certifications available in the market to improve the competency. - Should be able to work on QTP and understands the overview on QTP as test automation tool - features, performance and usage. *Skill2 - Web Testing * - Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls, cookies etc *Skill3 - Testing Concepts * - Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. - Develops and executes software test plans. - Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. - Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. - Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. - Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. - Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. - Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance. - Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. - May guide new members in the team to help them scale up faster. *Skill4 - Testing Concepts * - Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. - Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. - Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. *Essential Skill(s) * *Skill1 - Testing Concepts * - Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. - Develops and executes software test plans.
