Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance Contract 6+ months Chicago, IL Phone & Skype MUST HAVE 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND RECENT HEALTH INSURANCE PAYER BACKGROUND (BCBS/CIGNA/AETNA/ECT). Description: Senior Business Analyst to deliver Professional Services to for implementation, training, and production support services using proven methodologies, tools and procedures. Implement solution to fully support client’s business requirements as determined during the discovery process. Lead the proprietary delivery methodology and development tools to promote success through collaboration and investment of time to design, plan and manage the project throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in preparation and configuration of the client’s business, clinical, billing, adjudication, customer service and process workflow rules data Perform general purpose software enhancements necessary to meet the client’s business requirements. Migrate necessary and available data from existing databases. Perform User training. Essential Skills Required 8+ years of business analysis experience Healthcare industry experience in the Payer area. Ability to interact closely with clients in configuring a business rules driven product implementation. Strong process orientation to develop, document, and execute on a repeatable implementation methodology. NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Expectation is the candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work well in a team, collaborating with developers, customers, project managers and requirements analysts. Curiosity, adaptability and the willingness to learn new methodologies will be a determining factor in assessing the fit between the candidate and our organization.
