Good Experience in designing Cisco based Voice solution . 5+ experience in configuring & Maintaining the Cisco Voice products + components . Should be able to configure the LAN & WAN that is required for implementing the Voice solution. . Should be able to handle the Voice Network implementation/migration projects independently. . Interact with client directly, understand their requirement, propose solutions & implement the solution pertaining to Voice networking. . Help sustain team in resolving high severity / complex issues. Train the team members. . Should be willing to handle the Nortel/Any other Digital PBX related issues. Other Non-Technical requirements : -- May be added to the JD. . Manage the vendor for support, procurement of hardware, circuits, wiring, etc. . End to End Project management for Voice network implementation & Migrations . Manage the sustain team. Monitor the daily incidents for SLA adherence.
