Candidates will go through a 1 hour phone screen and then a 1-2 hour face to face interview. This person will sit under the QA Team, along with 3 other FT employees. *Load Runner is important*. The analysts write up the requirements, the developers write the code, and the TEMP will perform testing on the performance of the product.
