(Start Date will be Monday, Jan. 14th) This position **will MOVE quickly ….* *Only Local to VA,MD AND DC !!!* ** *Rate: 50c2c MAX* *BACKGROUND:* Supplement existing software development staff. *SCOPE OF WORK:* Perform software development and maintenance tasks assigned under the guidance of USAC management. These tasks may include but not be limited to: Reengineering, development, and implementation of functionality related to Financial Operations IT support systems Develop and/or update technical design based upon requirements specifications. Develop and/or fix software applications, using the tools that fulfill the requirements specifications and conform to the technical design. Perform unit-level testing of developed software applications. Correct issues found during system and user acceptance testing. Create other technical documentation, including user and administrator guides and configuration management plans.
