Responsibilities: Participate in business requirements gathering for data conversion and migration from legacy systems to new systems. Lead data analysis, source to target mapping, and data profiling initiatives. Create logical data models. Perform analysis of multiple data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy. Explain and present data models to IT and business. Collaborate with internal and external customers to solve their data needs and ad-hoc queries, displaying excellent communication abilities. Perform extraction, transformation, loading and other data management tasks. Become a resource to IT and business teams for everything related to data management. Lead the data migration effort to migrate 3 current live systems into one.
