Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CIS, Liberal Arts, Business, Economics,
Marketing, or Health Care designation study directed towards health care or
insurance or direct and applicable work experience
1 to 3 years of related experience:
1-3 years experience in business and technical systems analysis, including
demonstrated experience eliciting detailed business requirements and
testing solutions (such as test cases, test scripts, test execution, and
defect tracking)
Knowledge of software development processes
Effective written and oral communication skills, including, facilitation
and presentation skills
Experience in brokering consensus among stakeholders, including issue
resolution, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Takes initiative and is flexible to play various roles on a project as
needed.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and
multitask
Demonstrated ability to produce results, including ability to see a task
through to completion independently or as a team member, meeting committed
deadlines
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Qualifications:
IIBA, CCBA or CBAP certification
Knowledge of health care industry
