Job Description:
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, team environment with application developers, testers, business partners and project managers.
• Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements
• Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions for business and system analysis
• Ability to document meeting minutes
• Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks
• Ability to lead teams to self-organization
• Excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience designing screen mockups
• Demonstrated experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques
• Demonstrated experience operating as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrated experience developing and following test plans
• Experience working for a government agency
