Need: Spotfire Developer *Job Description: RBS is currently looking for a Spotfire architect/developer to undertake medium and large IT projects within the Financial Reporting Shared Services IT group. This is full-time very visible role that will require Spotfire SME to service various groups within IT. Role/Team Summary: Finance IT Delivery is responsible in managing all medium and large IT projects as well as production support. The role of the Finance IT Spotfire developer is to deliver highly visible strategic solutions for our Finance and Finance Change clients and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle delivery from initiation through close-out. Developer will be responsible for a full development life cycle including the review of business requirements and translating them into technical specs. As Spotfire is our new reporting solution that will be slowly replacing OBIEE, knowledge of OBIEE will be a huge plus. Essential Experience: (Must have skills) · We are looking for a candidate with strong technical, written, communication, and presentation skills. Candidate should have a track record of success in full lifecycle development and successful delivery. · Candidate should possess these essential skills: Spotfire, C#, perl · Candidate should be skilled in all aspects of development lifecycle · Candidate should have relevant experience in producing technical specification documents · Candidate should have relevant experience in producing business and IT process flows · Candidate should have relevant experience in producing test cases/scenarios · Candidate should have experience with using tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel · Candidate should have 8+ years experience in IT development preferably within the financial services industry Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills) · Knowledge of OBIEE · Knowledge of Oracle Financial Personal Attributes: · Individual must have strong written, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills · Individual must be a strong team player and be willing to “roll-up their sleeves” as needed, to ensure the overall success of project · Individual must have strong interpersonal skills · Individual should be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders · Individual should be a self-starter Competencies: Based on Performance Excellence Framework (PEF) Please indicate the required level (delete where applicable) · Achieving Excellence · Building understanding & trust · Collaborating for success · Understanding issues --------------------------- Thanks & Regards Srikanth Asuri Kindly submit your consultant profile to above Email ID.
