USC/GC/GC EAD Contract to Hire. * * *Description:** * The client is looking for SharePoint Architect who will oversee and lead the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of enterprise solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. The Onsite Architect will also contribute subject matter expertise and provide mentorship to the client and offshore SharePoint developers. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge on industry best practices to implement a successful enterprise wide SharePoint Center of Excellence (CoE) and the associated projects. Selected candidate will be expected to work on site in Auburn Hills 100% of the time *Responsibilities: * · Develop SharePoint platform strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; · Develop the technical design approach to: o Implement functionality such as workflow (using Nintex), front-end (using HTML5), reports (using BCS)records management, pages, and web parts o Define site architecture including: site columns and content types, site/list/library structure o Determine when and how to use custom solutions · Responsible for leading the development of reusable SharePoint components · Coach and Lead onsite and offshore development teams implementing SharePoint projects · Lead meetings and engage with clients · Increase CoE effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements *Required Skills:* · Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in SharePoint with a minimum of 3 years of SharePoint technical lead and architecture experience on enterprise initiatives. · Must have experience developing .NET web applications using Visual Studio · Experience customizing the SharePoint front end with HTML5, JavaScript; and experience packaging SharePoint applications in Visual Studio · Solid understanding of SharePoint taxonomy, architecture and out of the box components · Must have proven experience developing SharePoint customized web applications such as custom web parts and custom SharePoint sites · Knowledge of .Net, Windows Workflow Foundation, Client object model, Server object model are required · SharePoint knowledge should include architectural design, with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting custom enterprise SharePoint implementations; · Expert knowledge of software development processes and best practices utilizing SharePoint and the Microsoft technology stack (e.g. ASP.NET, CSS3, HTML5, IIS, SQL Server, C#, XML, etc.). · Proven ability to identify, recommend and implement third party solutions, plug-ins and custom web parts · Knowledge of Lotus Notes to SharePoint Migration is a plus · Demonstrated ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering industry trends *Thanks & Regards..........* *RAM* *Ibis Tech International Corp* (*: 630-729-7096 *: ramku...@ibisint.com * *Fax: 630-810-1406* *http://www.ibisint.com/* <http://www.ibisint.com/> *G Talk*:- ramk.ussoft *An E-verified Company* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
