Ability to identify gaps in processes and opportunities for improvements and automation using SharePoint, generate technical requirements and designs to meet business needs, document and help implement the new processes, features and tools, and train business users on implemented solutions is required. Experience delivering SharePoint 2010 solutions including both “out of the box” features and extending features as needed to deliver innovative solutions.
