Responsible for handling incidents that have been escalated to the team through the Deskside Services. Supports client applications to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. *Job Responsibilities:* • Tests and evaluates desktop applications for use in the environment. Entry to medium level creation and maintenance of automated installations of desktop applications, security patches and utilities using silent setup scripts. • Assists with the creation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows automated build applications. Possess general understanding of Group Policy Objects and security settings. • Provides 3rd level support for complex desktop issues.
