Here's the Job Description LEAD BA with .NET Web Development Experience - FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW IN NJ 6+ months Client wants someone who can code, do web development in EITHER .Net or java. The person should understand processes and procedures, understand the full life cycle and potentially come up with architectural solutions Manager also wants someone who can lead, someone who can do R&D Figure out how a potential new process will fit into what they do now and make a recommendation Then the person should be able to go off and build a prototype by coding.
