Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist Testing Services organization with overall test planning, execution, and reporting efforts for the IT team. • Provide daily tactical support for UAT testing services efforts for Loyalty program and other efforts • Responsible to drive the testing timeline, scope, planning, design, scripting, and reporting. Qualifications: • Experienced senior test lead with proven track record successfully leading release testing efforts for integrated ERP systems and large complex and cross-functional projects • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline • At least 5-8 years of experience working in an IT Testing Services environment managing large scale complex and cross-functional manual and automated testing efforts • At least 5-8 years of experience with Quality Center, Functional Test (QTP) and other automation tools and frameworks. • Superior communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills • Proven ability to plan and execute testing based on risk, timelines, and scope, with strong attention to details to ensure high quality delivery • Experience with large cross-functional web based and ERP systems preferred.
