Hi Professionals,**** Let me know if you have any resource for this position..**** ** ** *Required “ITIL Process Manager/Analyst”* *Location : Lake Forrest, IL* *Duration : 12+Months* ** ** *Mandatory Skills:* ▪ A master’s or bachelor’s degree Minimum 6-8 years experience in IT Process Management, Change Management, Incident Management ,Security Management etc. ▪ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Prince 2, CMMI and/or ITIL.
