The project team is currently in the process of meeting with client stakeholders and client subject matter experts (SMEs), finalizing preparatory work, and beginning root cause analysis on: meetings with subject matter experts (claims processing and their configuration SME) regarding issues they have found, business processes review and analysis and claims processing observations. They would like to add a QNXT consultant to help in finalizing root cause analysis findings and formulating the recommendations.
