1. Minimum of 8 years of solid Java/J2EE experience
2. Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in complex
initiatives
3. Expert in object-oriented design and problem solving
4. Very good experience in design pattern (Java/J2ee)
5. Proficient in UML and modeling
6. Experience with web services stack, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML,
Java-J2EE, SpringMVC, Spring Webflow, Spring AOP, Spring Security,
Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL/Oracle, Java Encryption (JCE).
7. Experience with jQuery or Ajax developing/designing complex
web pages.
8. Experience with Maven/Ant and JUnit, SOAPUI.
9. Learns new languages, skills, and technologies quickly,
with minimal guidance
10. Excellent troubleshooting skills
11. Familiar with web standards and protocols - HTML, Cookies,
HTTP, SOAP, REST etc
12. Experienced with SCRUM development methodology
13. Experience in code coverage, performance tuning etc.
14. Experienced in web service APIs, preferably experience
with Apache CXF and / or Camel
