The right candidate will be required to *lead automation team and/or architect/design and implement automated testing solutions in an N-Tier, .net environment* using the best tool for the job. A key responsibility will be to *provide vision for automation strategy and lead/influence team members* to help realize automation vision. Typical automated test solutions *will cover static/dynamic analysis, unit, component, web service, API, database, end to end ,level testing.*Additional responsibilities will include influencing the development team to “*build quality into the SDLC, with emphasis on the design and development phases, and providing technical leadership* in software testing methodologies, test automation and planning, and mentoring and knowledge sharing with peers in organization.
