This new implementation is shifting our Data warehouse and Reporting infrastructure from DB2/Hyperion to Oracle/Cognos. BWC is implementing a new Claims, Policy and Billing system. This new implementation is shifting our Data warehouse and Reporting infrastructure from DB2/Hyperion to Oracle/Cognos. The nature of our data is also changing, as data elements are changing purpose and semantics as part of the transition.
