Expert in Salesforce.com System Administration 2. Read and code Java & Sass 3. Expert in building reports, dashboards 4. Build applications/ objects 5. Create complex formula fields and validation rules 6. Proficient use of Eclipse 7. Import/ Export data in the instance 8. Create, edit, manage Articles 9. Install, monitor, troubleshoot and communicate with AppExchange Partners 10. Manage current Service Cloud Portals and related SLA’s/Entitlements 11. Able to move between projects and tasks if faced with impediment 12. Monitor and update cases 13.
